雖然找工作一部分是靠緣分，但是還是要做好充足的準備才對得起自己。去面試工作前，先檢視一下面試常見的問題，事先想過你要怎麼回答，練習說一次，免得到時候答不出來或答得不好，回家之後才懊悔就來不及了。

你為什麼想要來這邊工作。
(你必須要研究過這間公司才能知道怎麼回答這個問題，要把你的專長跟公司的需求連結。) - “Tell me about yourself.”
說說你自己吧~
(記得往專業的方面描述，提幾個重要的人格特質。) - “What is the biggest challenge you have faced in work in the past 12 months?”
過去一年你面對最大的挑戰是什麼? - “What do you know about the centre/company/role?”
你對”本公司/本職位”有什麼了解? - “Why do you want this job?”
你為什麼想要這份工作?
(錢多事少離家近不是一個好答案。請拉回你的專業經驗、事業目標跟對這個職位/產業的熱情。) - “How would your team/manager describe you?”
你的同事/主管會怎麼形容你? - “What is your biggest achievement?”
你最大的成就是什麼? (記得提跟工作相關的答案。) - “Can you give me an example of… ?”
可以舉一個關於___的例子嗎? - “How do you manage change?”
你怎麼應對改變? - “What was your reason for leaving?”
你為何離開上一份工作? - “Give me an example of how you have dealt with an under-performing team member in the past.”
給我一個案例說明，你如何管理績效不佳的屬下? - “Can you give me an example of a time when you had to motivate and develop a team in a challenging work environment?”
請提供一個例子，你在挑戰中如何鼓舞/發展你的團隊? - “What are your strengths and weaknesses?” 你的優點跟缺點?
(答案要具體明確，缺點要有優點來cover。) - “Can you give me an example of a particularly difficult customer you had to deal with and how you used your skills to successfully overcome the problem they had?”
舉例說明，你如何面對機車客戶，如何技巧性的克服困難? - “Tell me about a difficult obstacle you had to overcome recently at work? How did you overcome this?” 你在工作中遇到的挫折是? 你如何克服?
(你的答案要具備問題、行動、解答。) - “How do you plan daily and weekly activities?” 你如何規畫你的每日/每周工作行程?
- “Please outline and describe your current targets and KPIs – How do you ensure you achieve these?”
請描述你現在工作的目標或KPI，你是如何確保能達標的? - “How do you ensure that your department’s goals are in line with the overall company goals?” 你如何確認你的”部門目標”能跟”公司目標”一致?
- “If successful in joining the organisation, what do you envisage your biggest challenge will be in joining it as a _____?”
如果你來上班，你預測在這裡最大的挑戰會是什麼? - “How would you manage your time and objectives in your role?”
在這個職位上，你將怎麼管理時間跟目標? - “How do you keep yourself motivated?”
你要如何維持積極的態度? - “What key factors drive you?”
什麼最能激勵你? - “What attracts you to the position?”
這個工作最吸引你的地方是? - “How creative are you in comparison to your colleagues, i.e. in managing, developing, encouraging and motivating your team?”
